When our industry is often charged out at an hourly rate, this is particularly important, because the benefit of the enhanced efficiencies and effectiveness is passed onto our clients. If our experienced project manager can get a task complete in 10 hours, rather than the 18 hours of his colleagues, the cost benefits over an entire project certainly start to stack up.
