GKL Group were engaged as the Superintendent's Representative for the project and worked to manage the design and construct (D&C) between the principal contractor and the client.
Our role involved managing the process from procuring the design and construct (D&C) contract, through award and design, during construction, and then handing over the delivered project to the Facility and Asset Management Team at Townsville City Council.

Removing the existing structure
Installation of the new structure
Other supporting works such as lighting, painting and grout repairs
