During 2022, we were privileged to work with the growing team at Koppens Developments Pty Ltd.

​During our time with the Koppens Developments team, we assisted them with developing an Operational Management Plan, by summarising their current business systems and developing a clear expectation on project delivery and reporting. This provided an initial scalable structure that assists projects to be successful and will continue to grow with the business.
 
Whilst working with Koppens Developments we have assisted with and undertaken the following activities:

• Development and implementation of an Operations Management Plan
• Provided operational assistance at a project level
• Undertaken ongoing monthly commercial reviews
• Provided training and advice to project managers and engineers
• Drafted and assisted with capital grant submissions
• Reviewed and assisted with Department of Transport and Main Roads prequalification submissions.
