Operations Management Manual

We worked with the leadership team at GNM to develop and implement an Operations Management Manual.

​During our time with GNM in 2022, we worked collaboratively with the business owner and the leadership team to summarise the business management systems and develop clear guidelines on:

• Project bidding
• Project management
• Project delivery
• Project reporting

 
The documentation was brought together into an Operations Management Manual that provides clear guidance for all staff on the ‘GNM Way of Doing Business’.
 
The GNM team has gone from strength to strength as they continue to deliver projects for clients across North Queensland.
