 The Road Asset Management Contract (RAMC) was introduced in South-East Queensland as a multi-year contract designed to provide a comprehensive approach to asset management and road maintenance services.
 Our role throughout the Horseshoe Bay Road Rehabilitation Stage 3 project has been to procure and manage the design process as the Townsville City Council Representative, and then as contract superintendent and inspector duties during construction delivery.
 After successful completion of the bulk earthworks package for the wind turbine lay down area, GKL Group are continuing to assist the Port of Townsville in the delivery of the heavy pavement and intersection access works.
 GKL Group were engaged by Townsville City Council to procure and manage a design and construct contract for the Sturt Street Slope Stabilisation Project.
 On behalf of the Department of Transport and Main Roads, we undertook a Principal Representative role on the Caval Ridge Bridge project to oversee that the works were delivered in accordance with the project and departmental requirements.
 Managing construction projects from every aspect including design, procurement, delivery, execution, programming and more. The team at GKL Group are experienced in project management and can assemble a team of specialists for complex project as required.
 Last week Ellee from our Townsville office attended the Department of State Development and Infrastructure’s industry breakfast.
